Our Monthly Meeting will be held on 12th October, 2pm on Zoom
The subject is ‘The Great Tapestry of Scotland ‘ with Sandy Maxwell-Forbes, Director, Great Tapestry of Scotland talking about the journey of the tapestry from Parliament to its new permanent home in Galashiels and everything between.
This is sure to be a fascinating talk and is especially topical as the new building housing the tapestry has just opened in Galashiels.
Please think about inviting someone you know who is unable to Zoom to share your computer. It could be a way of introducing a friend or neighbour who is a non member to the U3A or just a way of bringing a bit of company to someone.
